We follow food safety guidelines, requiring all employees to wear a head covering (hairnet), gloves, and lab coat (or similar) while working inside the farm.

Report to Farm Manager for direction, instructions, and critical feedback.

Value community within the organization and maintain a ‘teamwork first’ approach. 

Contribute to the upgrade of system efficiencies learned from your personal performance.

Ensure that your assigned task(s) is(are) completed at every visit.

Work efficiently.

Show up on time.

 

Professionalism:

Punch in/out as required using Zenifits App (or similar) on your phone.

Dress appropriately.

Maintain a professional demeanor with customers, consumers, and coworkers at all times.

Participate in development programs as available.

Strive to improve to the best of your ability.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Smartphone for reporting purposes. Must be able to utilize apps.

Non-Skid waterproof shoes/boots may be required.

Reliable transportation.

Ability to pass a criminal background screen.

Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Ability to walk and stand for the duration of each shift of 8 hours or more.

Move/lift products weighing up to 50 lbs.

Bend, reach, lift, twist.

Communicate daily with direct supervisor, store associates and consumers.

Must be able to tolerate outdoor weather conditions: rain, wind, cold and heat.

Must be able to tolerate cold indoor conditions (packing and cooler).
