Dear Loyal Lettuce Lover,

 

It is with heartfelt thanks and gratitude that we take a pause. As many of you know, our current farm was constructed as a research facility. As we set out to test seed varieties, lighting spectrums, and flavor blends; we also set out to test the market. We are immensely proud of our team of Growers and Educators, who conquered all. 

 

We grew with nutrition as our top priority; and flavor followed. Miami's best chefs and grocers sought us out, and we watched our farm pop up on our favorite menus and supermarket shelves across South Florida. 

 

We brought on some of the top advisors in the industry. We reorganized our rooms to grow more produce. We successfully started a gourmet mushroom program. 

 

We have simply outgrown our space. We are unable to produce the volume that we need to service our customers at our current location. Our lease is ending soon, and we will move to a much larger facility.  Therefore, we have decided to close this location now, before Season in Miami, while we have time on our side.

 

Of course we can't hit send without thanking our Grow and Pack teams. It is our honor to have worked with such a fantastic crew, and we will count the days until we can bring them into our beautiful new facility.  But we are writing this email to thank all of you. Some of our loyal fans have been with us since we started with one shipping container in the grass, and stayed with us as we grew 12x that size. Thank you for sticking with us along this journey, and we look forward to having you join us in the next phase.
